North America

NIGHT SHIFT - Entry Level Process Technicians — Round Rock

Come be a part of a Global Market Leader providing products to customers with advanced technologies.  We are currently accepting applications for ENTRY LEVEL Process Technicians on night shift. 

On-the-job training will be available. Medical and Vision benefits start on the first of the month! Previous manufacturing experience and computer skills a plus; however, we will provide training to learn the requirements of the position. 

  
* Must be willing to work in a "clean room environment"
* Must be willing and able to work an overnight compressed shift and must be willing to work Fridays and Saturdays, or Sundays.
* Shift premium in addition to base pay for nights shifts and all weekend shifts. 

Shift openings are as follows:
B-shift: Works Sunday - Tuesday & every other Saturday from 6pm to 6am
D-shift: Works Wednesday - Friday & every other Saturday from 6pm to 6am

This position is responsible for setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of photomasks.  Works from iMask, process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks.  Checks and inspects operations against predetermined tolerances.  Will be required to learn, understand, and operate the basic work flow in the area.

Process Engineer — Round Rock

The Toppan Photomasks (Round Rock, TX) engineering group is hiring in the back end of line (BEOL).  

Defect free photomasks are an industry requirement.  To obtain this top quality, the back end of line manufacturing uses multiple steps which include photomask cleaning, photomask automated inspection, photomask nano repair, photomask repair validation (AIMS verification platform) and applying a protective membrane above the customer masking design. 

In order to be successful, the photomask processes need to be optimized in order to meet changing customer quality requirements. Photomasks are unique and so are our customers.

The open position offered is related to photo-resist stripping, intermediate cleaning and final cleaning.

The position will require a full understanding of the cleaning processes and equipment used in the mask making for the products to meet specifications.  The candidate will be required to continuously improve the module KPI metrics and improve the yield.  Also, the position challenges will require the candidate to generate and maintain standard operating procedures as well as training manufacturing technicians to ensure they are followed.

Since the position is to support 24/7 manufacturing needs, the position will require off hours support in case of emergencies.  The position may require occasional travel in the US and abroad.

Order Entry Specialist — Round Rock

Purpose:                                 

 

Responsible for supporting the customer service function by inputting all orders into the company’s order processing system.   Reviews customer’s order specifications to verify that all information is valid and adds any missing information that is necessary to complete the order.   Performs limited customer service representative functions involving contacting the customer to notify them of any production issues or delays that may effect the product’s status.  Also works with Sales to relay specific and reoccurring customer requests and/or issues that could potentially effect the customer’s orders.

Sr. Microsoft Systems Administrator — Round Rock

 

Responsible for supporting all aspects of a Microsoft based infrastructure. Propose, implement and maintain systems for reliability, performance and security. Will also manage the life cycle of user accounts from creation through disposition along with access controls to network resources.
