NIGHT SHIFT - Entry Level Process Technicians — Round Rock

* Shift premium in addition to base pay for nights shifts and all weekend shifts.

D-shift: Works Wednesday - Friday & every other Saturday from 6pm to 6am

Process Engineer - Back End of Line — Round Rock

The Toppan Photomasks (Round Rock, TX) engineering group is hiring in the back end of line (BEOL).  Defect free photomasks are an industry requirement.  To obtain this top quality, the back end of line manufacturing uses multiple steps which include advanced photomask cleaning, photomask automated inspection, photomask nano repair, photomask repair validation (AIMS verification platform) and applying a protective membrane above the customer masking design. 

In order to be successful, the photomask processes need to be optimized in order to meet changing customer quality requirements. Photomasks are unique and so are our customers. The position offered is one created with the intention of bridging a gap to link Inspection and Repair/AIMS more closely.

 

In these difficult scenarios, the position will require optimizing the right inspection for the product to meet specifications.  In case nano repairs are needed, the position will require optimizing the repair strategy and repair processes to ensure repairs are successful.  Inspection and Repair, while two different areas, are interlinked and require a connection between areas.

 

The position is challenging as it will require the candidate generate and maintain standard operating procedures as well as training manufacturing technicians to ensure they are followed.

Toppan Photomasks Round Rock, Inc. has an exciting opportunity available for a Facilities Security Officer located at our Round Rock, TX production facility!  The Facilities Security Officer (FSO) is responsible for managing the security program under which our company obtains and maintains its facility security clearance, including helping company employees obtain and maintain personal security clearances.  The FSO plays an important role in security education, training and awareness, in threat awareness and counterintelligence, and in helping maintain cyber security awareness and preparedness.  The FSO plays a critical role in safeguarding classified information, protecting unclassified export-controlled information relating to our classified contracts, and for reporting cyberattacks relating to this information.  The FSO is also responsible for security vulnerability assessments, self-inspections, and for reporting certain types of events back to the government.

Order Entry Specialist III — Round Rock

Purpose:                                 

 

Responsible for supporting the customer service function by inputting all orders into the company’s order processing system.   Reviews customer’s order specifications to verify that all information is valid and adds any missing information that is necessary to complete the order.   Perform several technical customer service representative functions involving contacting the customer to notify them of any production issues or delays that may affect the product’s status.  Also works with Primary Technical Customer Service Reps to improve instruction and documentation and to relay specific and reoccurring customer requests and/or issues that could potentially affect the customer’s orders.  Effectively relay technical information to customer and manufacturing.  Provide technical support to Customers including technical order review and daily statusing responsibilities.
