NIGHT SHIFT - Entry Level Process Technicians — Round Rock

On-the-job training will be available. Medical and Vision benefits start on the first of the month! Previous manufacturing experience and computer skills a plus; however, we will provide training to learn the requirements of the position. 

  
* Must be willing to work in a "clean room environment"
* Must be willing and able to work an overnight compressed shift and must be willing to work Fridays and Saturdays, or Sundays.
* Shift premium in addition to base pay for nights shifts and all weekend shifts. 

Shift openings are as follows:
B-shift: Works Sunday - Tuesday & every other Saturday from 6pm to 6am
D-shift: Works Wednesday - Friday & every other Saturday from 6pm to 6am

This position is responsible for setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of photomasks.  Works from iMask, process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks.  Checks and inspects operations against predetermined tolerances.  Will be required to learn, understand, and operate the basic work flow in the area.

Lithography Engineer

Equipment Maintenance Engineer — Round Rock

Purpose:

 

Recommends modifications and upgrades of manufacturing equipment.  Keeps current on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades and safety issues.  Studies equipment performance and reliability.  Documents and implements programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process as guided by Engineers and/or EQM Management.  Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.  Provides input to improving preventative maintenance schedule definition.

Products Group Analyst — Round Rock

Purpose:

 

Responsible for performing general accounting and finance activities in a small, but growing business group. Responsible for accounts receivables/payables, purchasing, and GL activities to support non mask business. Support basic HR function of a small group of buy/sell personnel.

 

Accounting support duties to include:

Process accounts recivable invoices and cash application

Shipping/Material Handler — Round Rock

Purpose:

 

Responsible for performing one or more of the following tasks involved in the shipping and/or distributing of parts, supplies, and small equipment or receiving and inspecting all incoming shipments and distributions to appropriate personnel. 

 

Prepares records and maintains documentation of materials to be shipped.  Prepares products for final shipment, determines “readiness” status and prioritizes shipping and delivery schedules based on customer needs, including determining delivery alternatives.  Recognizes and communicates to customer service personnel potential problems that would delay shipments to customers.

 

Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders/invoices, maintains records, and completes proper documentation of receiving goods, and rejects unsatisfactory items when necessary.   Performs Oracle inventory movements.  Pulls and delivers materials requested by the lab.  Works with Supply Chain Representatives to maintain proper inventory levels.  Maintains stock and inventory levels in burn room / chemical storage rooms.  Lifts heavy items up to 50 pounds and operates a forklift. 

 

 

Knowledge / Experience:
