Quality Engineer II — Round Rock

Purpose:

 

Responsible for participating in the design and implementation of processes relating to the company’s quality standards.  Works with engineering, manufacturing and supplier quality to trouble shoot errors in product, process deficiencies, and quality system issues.  Recommends upgrades to processes and quality systems that are focused on continuous improvement.   Analyzes complex product returns, prepares appropriate documentation, and recommends appropriate corrective action.  May lead and/or perform internal production and quality control audits.  Assures compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards. Responsible for monitoring suppliers ensure that parts received meet requirements. Conducts supplier facility surveys or audit of critical components providers. 

 

Knowledge / Experience:

 

  • Sufficient knowledge ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. Has a thorough understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, failure analysis techniques, laboratory testing and analysis concepts, and product characteristics for trouble shooting purposes

Sr Trade Compliance Analyst — Round Rock

Purpose:          

 

Responsible for supporting the Global Trade Compliance Team with the review, approval and maintenance of daily trade compliance activities and operations. Responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of compliant trade solutions utilized to solve complex business problems surrounding the distribution of company products.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich liegt in der Verarbeitung und Aufbereitung von Design-, Steuer- und Messdaten der Kunden sowie deren Übertragung und Bereitstellung an den Produktionstools der Fertigungsstandorte. Sie sind eingebunden in die technische Abwicklung der lithografischen Photomasken-Bestellung unserer Kunden und arbeiten vorbereitend für die Abteilungen Lithographie, Measurement und Inspektion gemäß definierter technischer Spezifikationen und Prozesse.

The core mission of our Application Engineering group is to facilitate manufacturing operations through controlled new product & new customer introduction, efficient customer technical support & interface and continuous manufacturing flows optimization.

In this position your responsibilities cover all aspects of technical and process leadership in the field of product introduction and product changes. You will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical support to the Sales organization and you will work with Engineering and Manufacturing to define advanced specifications for the manufacture of our products to meet customer needs. You will play a key role in the assistance of the Sales function in participating in technical customer communication and making technical presentations and in leading new production introductions and customer qualifications

                                                                                                                             – and all that within our global network.

Technical Customer Support Engineer — Shanghai

Job scope

  • Responsible for developing, modifying, and evaluating computer programs for internal functional areas
  • Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, prepares flowcharting, performs coding, and tests/debugs programs
  • Prepares system and programming documentation; including requirements, design and test documents in the form of flow charts and traceability matrices
  • Responsible for providing technical customer support by analyzing and diagnosing software/hardware problems and/or developing system/procedure changes necessary to meet customer specifications and requirements

 Knowledge

  • Proficient working knowledge of C, C++, Java, VSM, shell script and visual basic
  • Proficient working knowledge of SDLC methodology, RDBMS, SQA/test (for database, Oracle, mySQL and etc.)
  • Proficient experience working with multiple operating systems – LINUX, UNIX(SUN/HP), MS, Windows and Client/Server
  • Strong working knowledge of Photomask making and technical planning work flow processes
  • University degree in computer, engineering or related field (equivalent experience)
  • Up to 5 years in IT or electronics industry
