After changing our company name in November 2024, we were listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in October 2025. This marks the first step toward a stage where, as a company that will shoulder the future of the semiconductor industry, we will assume greater responsibility and take on new challenges.
Our mission is to harness advanced microfabrication technology to help realize a more convenient and prosperous society. In the rapidly changing semiconductor industry, our nine sites worldwide work as one team and, while respecting diversity, we promote building a resilient organization by bringing out the full potential of each and every employee.

Tekscend Photomask was established through a corporate spin-off from Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. (now Toppan Holdings Co., Ltd.) as a manufacturer and seller of semiconductor photomasks, commencing operations in April 2022.
Headquartered in Tokyo, the company leverages its global customer service network and eight manufacturing bases in key regions. With industry-leading technological development capabilities, it contributes to the advancement of the semiconductor industry as a leading company in the external photomask market.
Furthermore, the company is expanding its business domain into microfabrication products, including nanoimprint molds.
