Tekscend Photomask was established through a corporate spin-off from Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. (now Toppan Holdings Co., Ltd.) as a manufacturer and seller of semiconductor photomasks, commencing operations in April 2022.

With industry-leading technological development capabilities, it contributes to the advancement of the semiconductor industry as a leading company in the external photomask market.
