(including its subsidiaries) recognizes that, as a company engaged in advanced microfabrication technologies, the protection of intellectual property and information assets is the foundation of trust in the semiconductor supply chain and essential for sustainable value creation.
We act with integrity to fulfill our social responsibilities and aim to be a company that is consistently chosen by customers and stakeholders. We hereby establish this Information Security Basic Policy and promote organization-wide initiatives.

We comply with applicable laws, regulations, and social norms with integrity, and respect internal rules as well as contracts and agreements with customers and partners. - Fair and Proper Handling of Information
We handle information based on legitimate purposes and appropriate means and ensure transparency in all processes. - Protection of Customer and Entrusted Information
We promote a strong customer focus and recognize the importance of entrusted information, handling it securely to maintain trust. - Risk-Based Protection of Information Assets
We continuously identify and assess risks such as unauthorized access, loss, or leakage, and respond to changes in the business environment by implementing appropriate measures. - Incident Response
In the event of an incident, we respond promptly and transparently, and take corrective actions and measures to prevent recurrence. - Continuous Improvement
We operate and maintain an Information Security Management System ("ISMS") and promote continuous improvement by leveraging diverse expertise across the organization.
