I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued understanding and support of Tekscend Photomask.

After changing our company name in November 2024, we were listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in October 2025. This marks the first step toward a stage where, as a company that will shoulder the future of the semiconductor industry, we will assume greater responsibility and take on new challenges.

Our mission is to harness advanced microfabrication technology to help realize a more convenient and prosperous society. In the rapidly changing semiconductor industry, our nine sites worldwide work as one team and, while respecting diversity, we promote building a resilient organization by bringing out the full potential of each and every employee.

We also actively embrace new technologies and AI and digitalization, and through continuous improvement we achieve new value creation and higher productivity. Furthermore, by strengthening our proposal capabilities and tackling value creation together with partner companies and customers, we aim to continue being the"Be the First Choice, Always."

We also place importance on environmental considerations and social responsibility, and by working on climate change measures, including reducing CO₂ emissions, we are striving to achieve sustainable growth.
