Personal Information Protection Policy
We declare that the protection of personal information is an important management issue related to corporate social responsibility in order to fulfill the rights of individuals and to live up to the trust of our customers and will thoroughly implement this in all departments of the Company.
- With the respect to the dignity of individuals, we will make our best effort to protect personal information handled by the Company based on internal regulations, complying with the laws and regulations of each country regarding personal information, national guidelines, other norms and social order.
- We will acquire, use, and provide personal information in a fair and lawful manner, taking account of the business contents and scale of the Company, and will take specific measures to prevent its use for other purposes.
- We are deeply aware of the risks of unauthorized access or loss, damage, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information handled by the Company, and will take necessary and reasonable security measures, and in the event of a problem, we will respond and correct the situation appropriately and promptly.
- We will establish a contact point for inquiries regarding personal information handled by the Company, and when we receive complaints, consultations, or other inquiries from individuals, we will respond sincerely and deal with them appropriately and without delay.
- We shall establish, implement and continually improve a personal information protection management system.
