Promotion Framework

Each site appoints an Environmental Management Representative responsible for providing strategic oversight and operational leadership for environmental conservation initiatives. Under this leadership, an Eco-Guard Promotion Committee--comprising of representatives from relevant onsite departments--is established to oversee programme implementation and monitor progress. The Committee meets regularly to review performance, establish targets, and track outcomes through the Environmental Management System. These structured processes support sustained momentum, foster engagement across the organization, and ensure steady progress toward environmental objectives.

Environmental Management System

Our Environmental Management System (EMS) is structured in accordance with ISO 14001 and is operated through a disciplined PDCA cycle--Plan, Do (Support and Operation), Check (Performance Evaluation), and Act (Improvement)--to drive continual enhancement of environmental performance.

To ensure the robustness and effectiveness of the EMS, each site undergoes periodic audits conducted by accredited ISO 14001 certification bodies, complimented by internal environmental audits carried out at the site level.
