Building upon the foundation of the TOPPAN Group's photomask business, Tekscend Photomask Corporation is evolving into a new stage as a global company supporting next-generation semiconductor manufacturing.
- 2024 Rebranded as Tekscend Photomask
- 2022 Set up Toppan Photomask Co., Ltd.
- 2005 Acquired all outstanding shares of DuPont Photomasks Inc. and launched Toppan Photomask, Inc. *Operates bases in the USA, Germany, France, South Korea, China, and Singapore
- 1997 Established Toppan Chunghwa Electronics Co., Ltd.
