Position Description:
Responsible for a variety of human resource programs and policies including recruiting, job descriptions, benefits administration, workers compensation, EEO and AAP reporting, and employee relations for the corporate building and functional groups. Assists with compensation activities for the region. Responsibilities may also include development and implementation of training. Provides support on human resource issues to line management on a broad range of policies, programs and practices. Assists US HR Manager with on-going Core Value process, scheduling employee meetings, and communications to the Site.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Minimum of two years HR experience preferably in a high-tech, manufacturing environment
- Supervisory experience preferred
- College degree in related field. Equivalent experience may substitute.

- Proficient PC skills; Microsoft office products, HRIS and spreadsheet application, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
