Merit Increases
Performance and merit increase reviews are conducted annually. Through our performance management system employees are rewarded for the impact their achievements have on supporting the company's financial, operational and strategic objectives.
Variable Compensation Programs
We offer variable compensation programs for all employees. Eligibility and award targets vary by job. Bonus targets and payouts are set either annually or semiannually depending on the grade of the employee.
