Toppan Photomasks Singapore aims to provide a benefits package that is balanced and comprehensive. While no benefits program can cover the entire needs of every person, it should provide a base of protection, security and opportunity upon which each staff can build to suit individual needs.

 

Benefit Description
Leave Benefits
Employees are provided various leave types subject to eligibility, such as: Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Hospitalization Leave, National Service Leave, Marriage Leave, Compassionate Leave, Maternity, Paternity, Childcare Leave and Exam Leave.
Medical Benefits Regular full-time employees and their dependant spouse and children are eligible under the clinical plan. Employees consult company-appointed doctors. Employees seeking specialist treatment are referred by our company-appointed doctors. Claims are subject to an annual maximum.

Dependants consult any registered general practitioners for outpatient clinical, non-specialist treatment. Claims are subject to an annual maximum.

Central Provident Fund (CPF) The company contributes the employer portion of the CPF based on current legislation for all Singapore citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents.
Group Hospitalization & Surgical Insurance Assists employees in meeting expenses incurred by them and/or their dependant(s) for hospital & surgical treatment as a result of an illness or injury requiring hospitalization.

Activated on either hospitalization or surgery subject to the Policy proper.

Group Term Life and Total Permanent Disability Insurance (TL&TPD) Employees are insured equivalent to 24 times the monthly base salary. Coverage becomes effective on the date of employment.
Dental Benefits The dental plan is extended to regular full-time confirmed employees for the purpose of non-cosmetic dental treatment. Claims are subject to an annual maximum.
Group Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D) Employees are insured equivalent to 36 times monthly base salary. Coverage becomes effective on the date of employment.
Service Awards Recognizes long and continuous service through the granting of Service Awards.
Business Travel Insurance Covers employees traveling abroad on company business.
