Quality Management System
Our industry-leading Quality Management System begins and ends with you, our customer. For example, our Advanced Product Planning and Approval (APPA) process translates your requirements and expectations into iMask, our custom Oracle-based MES. This enables our manufacturing operations to deliver exactly the products and services that meet your needs.
From our decades of global manufacturing experience, we know that quality excellence requires vigilance and commitment. That's why we use leading regulatory and quality management standards to monitor our systems and verify that they are continually improving. A few examples of systems deployed across the company include Change Management, SPC, FMEA, and Corrective and Preventive Actions.
Behind our Quality Management System are great people. In fact, we are privileged to have as part of our quality team a Senior Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the United States' highest Presidential honor for quality and organizational performance excellence.

Environmental, Safety and Health Policy
We affirm to our stakeholders, including our employees, customers and the public that we will conduct our operations in a manner that protects the environment and the safety and health of our employees and the communities in which we operate.
We will continuously improve our practices and make measurable progress in implementing this Commitment throughout our worldwide operations and with the assistance of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard including regular setting and review of environmental objectives and targets for sustainable development of our business.
We believe occupational injuries and illnesses are preventable and our goal for them is zero.
We will minimize waste, emissions and use of resources to minimize our environmental impacts.
Compliance with this commitment and any applicable legal or other requirements (to which we subscribe and that relate to our environmental aspects) is the responsibility of all our employees and those conducting work on our behalf.
Disclosure under the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010
Effective January 1, 2012, the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 requires retailers and manufacturers doing business in California to disclose efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from its direct supply chain. The following is Toppan Photomasks, Inc.'s required disclosure under the Act.
As stated in its Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, Toppan Photomasks is committed to conducting business in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards. Toppan Photomasks expects that its suppliers will conduct their business not only in a lawful manner but also in compliance with the same high standards of integrity and ethics that apply to Toppan Photomasks. At this point, Toppan Photomasks does not engage in independent verification of product supply chains to evaluate or address the risks of human trafficking and slavery, audit suppliers to evaluate compliance with our standards for human trafficking and slavery in supply chains, nor require suppliers to certify that the materials incorporated into their products comply with laws regarding human trafficking and slavery. Toppan Photomasks maintains internal accountability standards and procedures applicable to both employees and contractors who may fail to meet company standards, and requires its employees to annually certify compliance with our code of ethics, but does not provide separate standards, procedures or training regarding human trafficking and slavery.
