Entry Level Process Technician [OVERNIGHT] — Round Rock

Purpose

 

Responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Calls on prospective customers, provides technical and administrative product information, and quotes appropriate customer prices. Responsible for managing complex accounts/customers/clients that are of critical importance to the company in a multiple state area. Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform. Identifies and properly handles complex issues requiring a high level of expertise in decision making. May provide technical guidance to other members of the sales organization and work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.

 

Knowledge / Experience:

 

  • Minimum of five to seven years technical or direct sales experience, within the Semiconductor / Electronics Industry

  • College degree in Business, Engineering, or other related science field required. Master’s degree a plus

  • Experience with low volume/high value product and service sales to semiconductor manufacturers (IDM’s, foundries) a plus

  • Broad knowledge of Electronic Industry Supply Chain and Drivers

  • Previous experience in leading teams

Experienced Shipping and Receiving Coordinator — Round Rock

​This position will be responsible for performing all tasks involved in shipping (both product and non-product shipments).  Prepares records and maintains documentation of materials to be shipped.  Prepares products for final shipment (both domestic and international), and prioritizes shipping and delivery schedules based on customer needs, including determining delivery alternatives.  Recognizes and communicates to customer service potential problems that would delay shipments to customers and proposes solutions.

Position will also include support of Receiving department. Receives – Critical Materials – Glass, Compacts, Pellicles, Consumables and Chemicals. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders/invoices, maintains records, and completes proper documentation of receiving goods (including TPI inventory oracle system updates), and rejects unsatisfactory items when necessary. Preparation of Recycling goods and handling Chemistry in 55 gallon drum and box applications. Lifts heavy items up to 50 pounds and operates a forklift.

    - Minimum of two to three years shipping/receiving/inventory control experience.  
    - Proven experience with domestic and international shipping of Federal Express, UPS and Expedite Carriers
    - Working knowledge of ISO 9000 standards preferred
    - Experience operating a forklift a plus
    - Must have a high school diploma
    - Able to stand up to 5 hours a day and ability to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs
    - CCSP knowledge a plus, but not required.

Equipment Maintenance Technician — Round Rock

Purpose:

This job consists of performing various maintenance tasks in order to repair, sustain, and improve equipment and processes utilized in a photomask manufacturing facility.  The EQM technician is responsible for maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment by performing electrical / mechanical troubleshooting to determine root cause of problems;  performing preventative maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment in conjunction with production demands and equipment availability; using test and diagnostic equipment to perform troubleshooting and repairs; and dismantling, adjusting, repairing, and installing equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches, and drawings.  Sourcing, purchasing and managing spare parts is also a vital role in sustaining this equipment. EQM technicians will also need to form relationships and work with outside vendors to obtain parts and/or troubleshoot technical problems. This job requires working closely with Engineering and Manufacturing functions to fully understand production and engineering needs in order to make detailed, documented suggestions for equipment and process improvements, and adhering to Management of Change processes for implementation.  The EQM technician will also utilize statistical process control (SPC) fundamentals in order to create and maintain process controls, quantify equipment performance, make tool corrections for deviations in performance, and to drive equipment reliability. The EQM technician will also provide technical training and guidance to process engineers and/or manufacturing as needed. This job does require the need to carry a pager and may require being involved in an “On-Call” rotation per departmental policy.  Responsibilities of this job also include the handling of hazardous chemicals, working on equipment that uses hazardous chemicals, and maintaining a high standard of safety while performing job tasks. Depending on incoming skill level this job also may be specific to one or more tool sets within the manufacturing site.  

 

Knowledge / Experience:

·         Minimum of 3-5 years equipment maintenance experience within the Semiconductor/Electronics Industry preferred.

·         AA degree (or greater) in Electronics or related field preferred.  Equivalent experience may substitute for a degree.

·         Knowledge of clean room equipment maintenance, involving precision test equipment and electrical schematics, ISO 9000 standards and associated documentation practices.

·         Knowledge of SPC techniques and WINSPC system.

·         UNIX experience a plus

 

Skills:

·         Proficient electronic troubleshooting skills (experience with oscilloscope setup and use, reading electrical schematics, board level testing/repair is a plus)

·         Electrical / Mechanical troubleshooting skills suitable for semiconductor electronics equipment i.e. circuit boards, pneumatics, pumps, robots, etc. (not heavy machinery).

·         Proficient problem solving / analytical skills

·         Technical acumen, judgment – detailed oriented troubleshooting skills

·         Experience working with lasers and optical alignment of lasers is a plus
