Process Engineer I — Round Rock

The candidate will spend time in a variety of engineering job functions to learn the mask making process.  This includes time working on shift with operations to learn the manufacturing processes.  Job responsibilities include monitoring the process inputs/equipment /outputs and implementing improvement plans to maximize output (high utilization and low cycle time) and meet quality requirements.  The candidate will interface with applications, operations, maintenance and facilities to accomplish this.  The candidate will be responsible for identifying best practices, documenting them and training operations. 

Knowledge/Experience:

·       College degree in Engineering discipline or Physics required. Masters degree considered a plus.

·       Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), data management and analysis

·       Clean room operations, experience in photomask or semiconductor industry with wet/dry process tools considered a plus.


Skills

·       Ability to work independently and within team environment

·       Ability to analyze data and develop actions

·       Root cause investigation and problem solving

·       Clarity in oral and written communication

Night Shift Entry Level Process Technician — Round Rock

Come be a part of a Global Market Leader providing products to customers with advanced technologies.  We are currently accepting applications for ENTRY LEVEL Process Technicians on night shifts.

On-the-job training will be available. Medical and Vision benefits start on the first of the month! Previous manufacturing experience and computer skills a plus; however, we will provide training to learn the requirements of the position. 
  
* Must be willing to work in a "clean room environment"
* Must be willing to accept a position starting at $15.50 per hour (or more if direct photomask experience applies) 
* Must be willing to start temp-to-perm with Company
* Must be willing and able to work a compressed overnight shift and must be willing to work Fridays and Saturdays, or Sundays.
* Shift premium in addition to base pay for nights shifts.

Schedule for B-shift is: SUN, MON, TUES and every other SAT NIGHT     
                      or
Schedule for D-shift is: WED, THUR, FRI, & every other SAT NIGHT.

  Hours for both night shifts are 6:00pm to 6:00am.

Night Production Operator: Entry Level — Round Rock

This full time position will be responsible for operating the eCover production line. This includes tool loading, stacking, packaging, cleaning and inspecting production. This position will require set up and operation of automatic and semi-automatic machines. This will include operation of robotic equipment, feeding large-scale manufacturing machinery, adjusting settings on the equipment, performing minor repairs, pulling finished product from the production line to complete quality checks utilizing specialized equipment to predetermined tolerances. Must be able to work from process sheets and/or written/verbal instructions given by supervision to perform production tasks.

Knowledge/Experience:

Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
High school diploma and/or GED equivalent required.

Technical Customer Support Engineer — Shanghai

Job scope

  • Responsible for developing, modifying, and evaluating computer programs for internal functional areas
  • Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, prepares flowcharting, performs coding, and tests/debugs programs
  • Prepares system and programming documentation; including requirements, design and test documents in the form of flow charts and traceability matrices
  • Responsible for providing technical customer support by analyzing and diagnosing software/hardware problems and/or developing system/procedure changes necessary to meet customer specifications and requirements

Toppan Photomasks Inc. is a major player in the world of microelectronics. The plant of Toppan Photomasks France S.A.S (~90 employees) is located in the south of Paris area.

As part of the ongoing roll-out of its continuous improvement process, Toppan Photomasks France S.A.S. is looking for a Process Industrialization Engineer.

Responsible for the technical support of part of the manufacturing process, under the responsibility of the Site Engineering Manager and in close collaboration with your colleagues (engineers, technical supports, maintenance team, etc. locally and abroad) you will be assigned of the following missions:

·        Design, technical validation and development of manufacturing processes

·        Provide strong  proposals for the improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes

·        Optimize the existing production processes and the search for technical and effective  solutions in a continuous improvement manner

·        Ensure Technical validation  and  compatibility checks between designs / developments and production processes

·        Provide Training / technical support to production teams

·        Daily support of production and maintenance teams
Requirements

- Higher education in chemical; knowledge /experience in plasma and/or vacuum would be appreciated. 

- A strong experience in the clean room industry (microelectronics/masks) required.
- Strong knowledge of continous improvement methods.
