Entry Level Process Technician [OVERNIGHT] — Round Rock

Come be a part of a Global Market Leader providing products to customers with advanced technologies.  We are currently accepting applications for ENTRY LEVEL Process Technicians on night shifts.

On-the-job training will be available. Medical and Vision benefits start on the first of the month! Previous manufacturing experience and computer skills a plus; however, we will provide training to learn the requirements of the position. 
  
* Must be willing to work in a "clean room environment"
* Must be willing to accept a position starting at $14.50 per hour (or more if direct photomask experience applies) 
* Must be willing to start temp-to-perm with Company
* Must be willing and able to work a compressed overnight shift and must be willing to work Fridays and Saturdays, or Sundays.
* Shift premium in addition to base pay for nights shifts: Schedule is 6p-6a, Wednesday-Friday and every other Saturday night OR Sunday-Tuesday and every other Saturday night.

This position is responsible for setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of photomasks.  Works from iMask, process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks.  Checks and inspects operations against predetermined tolerances.  Will be required to learn, understand, and operate the basic work flow in the area.

Quality Engineer II — Round Rock

Responsible for participating in the design and implementation of processes relating to the company’s quality standards. Analyzes complex quality events, leads cross functional teams to drive investigations of product, process, or systemic issues to root cause, develops corrective/preventative action, and coordinates customer reporting. Recommends upgrades to processes and quality systems that are focused on continuous improvement.   Lead and/or perform internal and external quality control audits to include but not limited to product, process, customer, and supplier audits.  Assures compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards. Maintain quality data for accuracy and report generation, as well as own quality related MES setups. May provide technical training and guidance to various groups within the organization. Lead Change Board meetings, Process Improvement Teams, and other quality teams. Establishes and maintains quality documentation. Provides on-call production support for QA and Final Audit after hours and weekends.  

Knowledge / Experience:

  • Minimum of three years quality control experience within the Semiconductor/Electronics Industry

  • Sufficient knowledge ISO 9000, IS0 14001, ISO 27001 and IATF 16949 preferred

  • Demonstrated understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, failure analysis techniques, laboratory testing and analysis concepts, and product characteristics for trouble shooting purposes

  • Experience with Oracle platform and Adhoc/Reporting database queries

  • Knowledge of  statistics, process flow diagrams, control plans, and FMEA a plus

  • Has knowledge specific to Quality (i.e., certified lead auditor, CQA certification from ASQ, CQE, CQM a plus)

  • College degree in Engineering or related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for degree

  • Preferred experience in:

  • Internal/Lead Quality Auditor

  • Change Management Process

  • Final Inspection / Final Audit

  • Excel/VB Macro coding

Process Engineer I — Round Rock

Purpose:

The candidate will spend time in a variety of engineering job functions to learn the mask making process.  This includes time working on shift with operations to learn the manufacturing processes.  Job responsibilities include monitoring the process inputs/equipment /outputs and implementing improvement plans to maximize output (high utilization and low cycle time) and meet quality requirements.  The candidate will interface with applications, operations, maintenance and facilities to accomplish this.  The candidate will be responsible for identifying best practices, documenting them and training operations. 

 

 

Knowledge / Experience:

  • College degree in Engineering discipline or Physics required. Masters degree considered a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), data management and analysis

  • Clean room operations, experience in photomask or semiconductor industry with wet/dry process tools considered a plus.

Technical Customer Support Engineer — Shanghai

Job scope

  • Responsible for developing, modifying, and evaluating computer programs for internal functional areas
  • Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, prepares flowcharting, performs coding, and tests/debugs programs
  • Prepares system and programming documentation; including requirements, design and test documents in the form of flow charts and traceability matrices
